I am working on remembering to take my vitamins.
First thing I try to do when I arrive bleary eyed in the kitchen is pour a glass of water (half boiled water half cold from the tap) then I down my vitamins and oil supplements. An Omega 3+6+9 and a multivitamin.
I have quite a varied diet, plenty of fish, meat and veg/fruit (and as we’ve discussed chocolate orange DOES count as 1 of your 5 day!) But I don’t think it harms to top up the vitamins and minerals and especially the Omegas.
So after the water it’s then onto the coffee and maybe some eggs.…
